Isadora Chai—Chef and owner of Bistro à Table in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Isdora Chai is a restaurateur, private chef, professional restaurant consultant, food stylist, and cookbook editor who has worked in Asia, Australia, and Europe.

Her professional experience includes work at L'Etoile Restaurant in Sydney, Australia (awarded 2 hats by the Sydney Morning Herald) in 2009; Chouet Boulanger in Cesson Sévigné, France, in 2010; and La Fontaine aux Perles in Rennes, France, (noted by Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau) in 2011.
She trained Australian Masterchef Season 1 contestant Tom Mosby, and has cooked alongside Rachel Gesbert, Didier Chouet, Pascal Piette, Chui Lee Luk (Claude's in Sydney), Christine Manfield (Universal in Sydney).
She earned a bachelor of science degree in biotechnology and biochemistry and a bachelor of commerce degree in marketing at the University of New South Wales in Australia, and was an ASEAN scholar and gifted program participant at the National Junior College in Singapore. She is a member of the Malaysian Mensa Society.
